Larger transformations often benefit from “zero-basing” your organization and start with asking “what do we need to keep the lights on?” Too often, organizations plan incrementally on the previous year, allowing redundant activities to continue. Add zero-basing with a flexible return on investment (ROI) capability typically produces a host of efficiencies.
