Digital Transformation Roadmap

I can assist your team develop a business led architecture roadmap to align technology decisions with your current and future business requirements. I often start this work with a Discovery phase addressing business requirements, technology gaps, technology landscape assessment, reference architecture and an implementation playbook. Once completed, you would be well positioned to move to an Implementation phase implement the transformation.

 

Business Sponsor

I can act as a single  point of contact for you to co-ordinate the various work to be done, ensure that you have visibility on the health of the project, risks and mitigation strategies, action items and issues and decisions. This allows me to give your team what it needs, but not require management to assume this role themselves. In a nutshell, you could look at this role as an outsourcing the requirements for an executive who has led and delivered business transformation projects to be part of your management team for the duration of the project.

Functional Leader

Successful transformations are all about teamwork. If you need someone to fill the finance lead role and provide subject matter expertise, I can do that. I can jump in on short notice and fill the role of a Chief Financial Officer or Chief Operating Officer for a business going through change. This role may be needed when a business is raising capital, carrying out a M&A rollup strategy and needing interim leadership or providing interim leadership for an entity to be carved out of an organization.

 

Board Member

I serve as a board member for both profit and not for profit organizations. I bring experience in finance, operations, technology and data to the table. Often, I’m asked to serve on a Board of Directors when an organization is embarking on a business transformation and the board is looking to onboard subject matter expertise.
