I begin by listening - to both your team and your data. I focus on defining and achieving objectives and key results (OKRs) by building amazing teams, developing effective business processes and relying on data to provide insights and support decision making.

I structure transformation projects into two phases to ensure continuity and success.

Discovery

Has your technology stack kept pace with the growth of your business? Is your technology stack allowing your business to differentiate itself in the marketplace and fully meet client needs? Are you optimizing the existing raw data you have to enhance client communications and/or reduce operating costs? I ask these questions and more to build planning requirements for your transformation project. More importantly, I listen to your client’s voice and your team’s needs to deliver a range of planning deliverables and an implementation playbook that can be used by your team to inform the project.

Implementation

By analyzing the data acquired in the discovery phase, I will help you to use it in a way that enables you to achieve your business objectives, be it client engagement, profitability, operating efficiency etc. Having led multiple technology projects as an executive officer, I learned that successful project delivery requires an executive who understands the business and what drives value and then actively oversee the project on a dedicated basis from inception to completion.
